Bill Pay services will be temporarily paused on December 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. We are unable to provide a confirmed timeline for when these services will resume but we can assure you that we are actively working to restore services as soon as possible. An email update will be sent out to existing Bill Pay accounts when it is available.
Bill payments will be available until the pause date. Any important or time-sensitive bill payments should be submitted before these services are paused.
There will be a waitlist for new accounts interested in signing up for Bill Pay and located within the US. You can join the waitlist using the link below or by following the Bill Pay icon in the BitPay app on iOS and Android.
