What is "Send Max" in the BitPay Wallet?

Send Max is a BitPay Wallet feature that consolidates all spendable wallet inputs in one transaction. This feature can be used to send all cryptocurrency from your wallet or consolidate wallet inputs to another address.

To use Send Max:

1. Open the BitPay app
2. Select the (↗↙) icon and then Send (↑)
3. Select the cryptocurrency to send
4. Copy and paste the receiving address in the Send To box, use the scan feature to scan the receiving wallet/exchange QR code, or select another wallet key linked to your device
5. Select Send Max in the top right
6. Review and confirm payment details, and then Slide to send or Confirm

If your wallet has a high number of inputs, then it will cost more in miner fees to consolidate these inputs.

The Send Max feature may not include all inputs if the wallet calculates that an input value is less than the cost to move it due to transaction fees. These inputs would remain in the wallet and are considered dust.
