How do I swap or exchange cryptocurrency using the BitPay app?

BitPay offers a cryptocurrency swap feature from our partner Changelly using the BitPay app on iOS and Android.

1. Open the BitPay app
2. Select (↗↙) icon and then Exchange
3. Select Wallet and then the currency
4. Select Crypto and then select Swap To currency and wallet
5. Enter Amount (minimum amount is required)
6. Continue and then View Offers
7. Review offers and then select Swap

Swapped cryptocurrency may not be available immediately. Please do not delete your key or uninstall/reinstall the app as you may lose access to your funds.
