The archived invoice page was designed for privacy reasons. When viewing a BitPay Invoice or trying to collect a refund, you may see the archived invoice page. First, you should log in or sign up with the email associated with the invoice. If you're still seeing the archived invoice page, please review the information below.
Here are a few reasons why you could be seeing Invoice Archived page:
- Public URL not available to unauthorized users after three days since the invoice was generated
- Not logged in to the account associated with the invoice on the archived invoice page
- Logged in to the wrong account not associated with the invoice
- Refund email link has expired
If you're trying to collect a refund, please ensure your refund link has not expired. The refund link is valid for three days after receiving refund email.
If you need a new refund link for a paid-in-full invoice, please contact the BitPay Merchant. For all other refunds, please contact BitPay Support for a new refund email.
