The archived invoice page was designed for privacy reasons. When viewing a BitPay Invoice or trying to collect a refund, you may see the archived invoice page. First, we suggest logging in with the email associated with the invoice. If you're still seeing the archived invoice page, please review the information below.
Here are a few reasons why you could be seeing the Invoice Archived page:
- Public URL is not available to unauthorized users three days after the invoice was generated
- Not logged in to the account associated with the invoice on the archived invoice page
- Logged in to the wrong BitPay account, not associated with the invoice
- Following an expired refund link three days after receiving the refund email
To request a new refund email for a paid-in-full invoice, please contact the merchant. For all other refund requests, please contact BitPay Support using the BitBot in the bottom right.
