Click the Forgot Password button on the Merchant Login page and enter the email address associated with your account to send a reset link to your email. Alternatively, you can directly access the Forgot Password page here: Forgotten Password Reset.
Once you click the Reset Password button, you will receive a verification email with instructions for setting a new password.
Once you click on the Reset Password button in the email, you will be directed to a page prompting you to create a new password. Please use at least one of each of the following for the strongest password security:
- 1 uppercase (A, B, C . . .)
- 1 lowercase (d, e, f . . .)
- 1 number (1, 2, 3 . . .)
- 1 punctuation (!, ?, #, etc . . .)
