BitPay Invoices are only valid for 15 minutes after being generated. Once expired, payments can no longer be accepted. Any payment submitted to an expired invoice will result in a decline and a refund notification email will be automatically sent from noreply@bitpay.com. We recommend generating a new invoice or order if payment is not submitted within 15 minutes.
