- Make sure you upload a clear picture of a supported document and a clear, well-lit picture of your face.
- Make sure that your personal information is accurate and matches the information in your ID.

In the event that you cannot pass the KYC process, we will be happy to issue an order fee refund to you. You just need to submit a request.
