You should receive your BitPay Card in the mail 7-10 business days after you place a successful order.
You can find out the status of your BitPay Card order instantly: https://bitpay.com/card/card-status.
Possible reasons your card was not delivered:
- Your card was returned as undeliverable by the postal service.
- You provided a PO Box on your application. Your card will be returned to the Card Provider.
- Your mail is currently forwarded to a different address. Your card will be returned to the Card Provider.
Note: It can take at least 30 days for the card to be returned to our Card Provider after the postal service attempts to deliver the card.
To ensure you receive the card in a timely manner, please be sure the shipping address you use is correct before completing your BitPay Card application.
If you haven't received your card after 10 business days, call our team at 1-888-333-9446. You can reach this team 8 AM - 10 PM ET during the business week and 9 AM - 6 PM ET on weekends.
The cardholder services team can check the status of a card shipment or change your shipping address. They can also allow the shipment of a replacement card for you if necessary.
Please be sure to provide the cardholder services representative with your email address, full name and shipping address. Please do not provide your reference ID to the representative as the reference ID is not tied to your account after a card is created.
