How do I get help for an issue with the Coinbase integration in the BitPay and Copay wallets?

If you have an issue with the Coinbase integration in the BitPay app, there are two ways to get support.

Issues with App Functionality 

If you find a bug in the BitPay or Copay wallet software which is affecting the functionality of the Coinbase account integration, please let us know! 

Issues with Coinbase Accounts and Purchases/Sales

2/16/18: Some Coinbase users have reported duplicate transaction postings/charges for bitcoin purchases made with credit and debit cards. Coinbase is currently working to correct this issue.
